However, with the built in magic of LightwaveRF technology, the dimmers can now be wirelessly operated using a Smartphone, iPhone or iPod Touch to control your lights at or away from home!* Each unit can act as a standalone or can be integrated with others into a personalised mood lighting setup in your living room.
The new ‘Smart Dimmer’ is compatible with the majority of dimmable LED lamps, enabling smooth dimming of the latest energy-saving lamps either locally or remotely using a Smartphone or Tablet.
The dimmers are not only LED compatible, but they also have an intelligent 5-level dimming depth option.
A mood takes just seconds to create and store, and it then can be recalled every time you enter the room at the touch of a button. The dimmers are suitable for one or two-way operation (slave unit required for two-way) and are installed in the same way as any standard light fitting using only a screwdriver. No extra wiring or cables are required and the dimmers fit into a standard 25/35mm back box.
